This includes:

  • Membership access

  • One-off race or meeting analysis

  • Digital content and subscriptions

Digital Content

  • All digital products are non-refundable once access has been granted or content has been delivered

  • This is due to the immediate nature of digital access

Subscriptions

  • Subscription payments are non-refundable, whether used or unused

  • You may cancel future renewals at any time, but no refunds will be issued for past billing periods

Physical Products (Printful Fulfilled)

Some physical products sold on our website are fulfilled by Printful, a third-party print-on-demand provider.

Important Information

  • All Printful products are made to order

  • Items are produced specifically for your order and are not mass-produced

 

Returns & Refunds – Printful Products

We do not accept returns or exchanges for Printful products due to:

  • Items being custom-made

  • Hygiene and production limitations

However, we will offer a replacement or refund if:

  • The item is misprinted

  • The item is damaged

  • The item is defective

Reporting an Issue

To report a problem with a Printful product, you must:

  • Contact us via the website within 30 days of receiving the item

  • Provide:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photographs showing the issue

    • A brief description of the problem

Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund in line with Printful’s policies.

Incorrect Orders or Buyer Error

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

  • Incorrect size, colour, or design selected at checkout

  • Buyer’s change of mind

  • Errors in delivery details provided by the customer

Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs

If an order is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with Printful to resolve the issue where possible.

Printful is responsible for:

  • Production

  • Packaging

  • Shipping of physical products

While we assist with support, we are not liable for issues outside our reasonable control.
