Wolverhampton analysis for 9th March, be lucky everyone 👍

5.30 always Fearless has a small chance having dropped in the weights 9lb since his last win. After a decent 3rd placed run at Kempton last time out where he came from Last to 3rd, he'd had a 225 day break he might be able to step forward and go prominent in a race that doesn't have a lot of pace forecast. He's a cd winner who's potentially well handicapped but as some of you know it's Hannon so I'm not playing but my analysis has landed on him for potential value, if he's anywhere near the double figure price he's forecast to be he might be worth a very small play.

7.00 pressures on, is boom or bust and is one for small stakes. In this race last year he went off 3/1 2nd favourite from a bad draw in 9 and to my eye was a little unlucky as the winner got away from them at the top of the straight from a prominent position and pressure was closing all the way to the line from a long way back.

He has the widest draw again in 8 which isn't ideal but I think it was a slightly stronger race last year, he runs well fresh so a 136 day break is a positive, Hector crouch on board who won on him in July a 22 runner handicap at York, he has an entry in the Lincoln but he'd need to have any chance of getting in, even to get in the consolation race. Once again it's a price thing as he's forecast to be 12s and anything above 8s I'd take a small chance and even ew if that's how you like to play.

Champion again ole, we managed to get to go in for us last time out on the live show in September, 6 months ago and is the obvious one with Murphy booked and is lightly raced. The race has worked out reasonably well with 5 horses winning from in behind. That said he wasn't the biggest in the parade and not sure how much scope for improvement there is. He got a 7lb penalty for his win which is a fair hike. He's forecast to be 9/4 and the varian yard and king power racing are unlikely to keep a horse that hasn't got the ability to win more races but at the prices I'd chance pressures on small at a big price.
