Boyfriend ran an eyecatching race last time at Salisbury when not getting the gaps until late on and flying home for third. He was second at Glorious Goodwood and third at Sandown behind two progressive types before that. He has steadily improved throughout his career, and with the form of the favourite questionable in this grade, he could be worth a small bet at 9/2. Trainer and jockey aren’t our favourite, so only a small play would be the way for us.

4.45 wyvill ran a reasonable race last time out at Kempton in 3rd first time in a handicap over a mile 3f in a 0-60 so into a 0-55 where he's top rated and up a furlong he could yet have more to offer for the Williams yard. Forecast to be 3s.

6.30 Bonnie's boy at the forecast prices could be interesting back at a cd he's won over and dropping in grade to a class 5 after running a decent race in a 21 runner class 4at York in 5th finishing strongly all the way to the line and making his challenge on the far side away from the action that was happening on the near side which is where the first 4 finished. He's also ran some decent races in defeat over cd off 77 and 76 so 71 is no barrier and Back here after showing he was in some form last time out and off a favourable mark especially allowing for Ethan tindalls 5lb claim at a forecast price of 10s I'd take a small chance on him.
